The recipient contacts Orphée to schedule a private design consultation. This can take place in person or digitally, depending on their preference. During this first conversation we explore who they are, what they respond to and how they wear jewellery. This meeting defines the creative direction before any sketches are made.

The creative journey begins
Together with the designer, the recipient discovers shapes, proportions, gold options and gemstones that match their story and wishes. They learn which possibilities fit within their initial gift card value and how the final budget may evolve depending on materials and choices. Transparency is essential at every step.

The piece is sketched & refined
Orphée prepares hand drawn or digital sketches that translate initial ideas into form. Adjustments are made until the design feels true to them. Once approved, the project moves into planning where the final budget is confirmed based on the selected gold weight, craftsmanship and selected gemstones.

Craftsmanship brings the jewel to life
The jewel is created by hand in the Antwerp Diamond District through a process of precise goldsmithing and finishing by some of the finest goldsmiths in the sector. Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design, but each piece receives the same level of dedicated attention.

A personal piece is delivered
The final jewel is presented in carefully selected Orphée packaging with documentation that explains the materials, craftsmanship and intention behind the piece. What began as a gift card becomes a personal jewel that carries emotional value and can be cherished for years to come.
