1. Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Orphée Antwerp online store. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

1.1 Nature of the Gift Card

An Orphée gift card represents a monetary contribution toward a bespoke Orphée creation.
It is not a finished jewel. The final result and the total budget of the bespoke piece are determined during the design process and depend on the materials, stones, craftsmanship and artistic vision chosen by the recipient.

1.2 Validity

Gift cards remain valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
They cannot be extended unless approved in writing by Orphée.

1.3 Use of the Gift Card

The recipient can redeem their gift card during a personal design consultation.
The gift card amount will be deducted from the final invoice of the bespoke creation.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used for non bespoke items or transferred without permission.

1.4 Pricing

All prices are listed in euro.
Gold prices and gemstone market values fluctuate which may influence the final budget of the piece.
Gift card values are fixed at the moment of purchase.

1.5 Ownership of the Design

All Orphée designs, sketches and concepts remain the intellectual property of Orphée Antwerp until the final creation is delivered and paid in full.

1.6 Liability

Orphée Antwerp cannot be held responsible for delays caused by suppliers, gold market fluctuations or gemstone availability. All bespoke timelines are estimates.
