1. Shipment Policy

1.1 Shipping Method

Orphée Antwerp gift cards are delivered either:

• Digitally via email, or

• Physically via tracked postal mail within Belgium and selected international destinations.

1.2 Delivery Time

Digital delivery: within 24 hours after purchase.
Physical delivery: typically 3 to 5 business days within Belgium. International delivery may vary.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for physical gift cards are calculated at checkout.
Digital cards have no shipping cost.

1.4 Lost or Damaged Mail

If a physical gift card is lost or arrives damaged, the buyer must contact Orphée Antwerp within 7 days. A replacement may be issued at Orphée Antwerp's discretion.
