Return Policy

All sales of gift cards are final.

Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash or other items.
If the recipient chooses not to proceed with a bespoke creation, the unused value of the gift card cannot be reimbursed.

This policy is necessary because a gift card represents a reserved contribution to future bespoke work and preparation.
